The day you start believing in yourself and don't care what people think of you...is the first day of the rest of your life! I wish I had learnt this lesson when I was young!  but my self doubt was with me until I was 40! I am now 45! and I am finally living my life for me!...and it feels Good!

If you don't believe in yourself already.....start now!
Love yourself for who you are and start Living your Life!
Don't put off until tomorrow!....for tomorrow may never come!
Live for today!...and you will always be HAPPY!

  7. This is so what I need to hear right now. I have been feeling so battered emotionally that I have started not wanting to go out of the house. I have gone from a bubbly, friendly, outgoing person to one who keeps her head down and avoids eye contact with people. Thanks for sharing this. x
