Happy’s New Find …

What do you think of our new 1960’s abstract picture find?
…can you see what it is?
I have hung it in the sitting room, above the fireplace.

Rosie was happy to have the other picture we had here in her bedroom.
…and
afterall that piccy was very dark…perfect for winter in the sitting
room…and perfect for Rosie’s room for the summer.

Phew! that Maccy D’s chair has got alot to answer for! I seem to be going all Retro! 😀

Hi there! I've been reading your blog for quite awhile. Your posts about your vintage camper have been quite an inspiration and I check back often. I hope you don't mind the plug, but I've linked to you from my new blog: Loyal Order of the Glamper. I'd be honored if you'd consider linking back or even writing an article! (That would be awesome!)Take care and have a great weekend.-Alana http://www.loyalorderoftheglamper.com

Guess I can be a "happy chick" for the day? I'm now one of your bazillion followers. Apparently my spell check thinks "bazillion" is a proper word. Who knew? Anyway, found you via a pinterest.com link. Love your style. Drop me a line on twitter @adaddyblog if you'd like. I'd send you to my blog adaddyblog.com, but it's rather dull compared to yours. Have a day… or soon a night. ~Michael (in Dallas of all places)

That is the fun in being an individual, you can appreciate all different types of design. Then the power of being a great decorator is pulling off all those differnt styles and having it look great – which you totally rock at! I love shabby, Prarie school (Frank.LLoyd Wright), 1940's, Mid century modern, Art Neuveau, Colorful and cute! I love and appreciate it all! Can't wait to see what else you find!
