I have had this lovely French Linen Embroidered Curtain Panel for about 20 years now, always hoping to use it somewhere, but alas, it has never been out of storage!  It is so pretty, but has quite a few loose stitches coming away here and there…I am sure it can be fixed with a little sewing knowledge (please see the pictures).

I bought this 1940’s 1950’s panel in a French brocante all those years ago and it was not only the pretty embroidered flowers that drew me to it but the delightful blue check edging…you know how much I love checks!
