Go For a Walk

Going outdoors can really help you to decompress. Social media can really cause drama. When you are stressed, you might not want to hear about what is happening in everyone else’s lives as this can add to your own frustration. Get Creative and Make Something

Creating things can be an outlet for your frustration. This is especially the case if you have had a stressful week at work. Get out your guitar and play something, or even take a drawing pad and jot something down.
