What a windy day we are having here in Blighty! Phew! I ventured into the garden and nearly got blown back inside!

Max has been hiding indoors...whereas he usually follows me around the garden, he was having none of it today!
Part of the fence was down! pots had fallen over! bits of the holly tree had fallen to the ground...infact the wind, totally took my breath away!

I had pegged the laundry out all along the washing line and it looked rather 'silly' when I went to get it in....for it has all slid along the line and was all ruched together in a concertina'd blob!

But the funny thing is, what with my ever increasing Hot Flushes! I quite like this windy weather...I can catch a suntan in the garden and still feel refreshed! :D
Speak soon my luverlies xx

  1. It has been very windy today, just to blow any left over cobwebs away : ) let's hope it doesn't last too long though, everything seems to be getting blown all over the place, the roof of our shed blew off earlier today :s xxx

  2. Great photos. It's been blowing a gale in South London today but sadly my barnet has ended up less Marilyn Monroe and more Russell Brand...Sigh.

  5. Loved the pooch photo, too funny. It's windy at the beach here in So. California too. The fan in my stove vent keeps making noises as the wind blows down it. Quite disconcerting. Also, there are kite surfers on every wave. Happy, windy day to ya!

  6. Bless you with your hot flushes comment ;-))It was really windy yesterday i hung the boys bedding on the line but it kept twisting itself into a ball. I then popped to town with my youngest after school only to be hit by a rain shower so when i got home i had to put it all on the tumble dryer...waste of time springs to mind ;-) Love your head scarf looks real cute. Enjoy the rest of your week, dee x
