Hey gals...look at this 'Make do and Mend' idea!

Don't go buying yourself a new mouse mat....this little idea works just as well!
Yes its a quarter of a vintage scrabble board game! you must have several unused games lying around the house! The finish on them is brilliant...and just perfect for the job! and looks soooo much better too!

I wouldn't be without mine :)

Love Happy x

  1. I find my mouse hates shiny surfaces. At the moment I'm using an old notebook with velvet leaves on the cover.

I love scrabble letters for spelling out words around the house.

  6. That's fun, Happy, and it ties in so well with a challenge I've just seen on I Choose Yellow - to live a year by re-using, making or buying second hand! Quite a challenge, even for those of us who already Make Do and Mend!
